Integration#

Students#

  • Updated the API to support syncing of historical data.

  • Updated the student integration process to split basic and detailed student information into 2 parts of the sync.

    • This allows us to sync the basic student information without requiring that their full details are included therefore allowing you to sync students and get them started faster when they join the school.

  • Fixed an issue where data synced from an integration would cause SEN Needs to be duplicated under some circumstances.

SIMS Integration#

Attendance#

  • Updated the historical attendance sync to send historical attendance data from SIMS for all students that now fall within the sync window (based on the recent student changes).

Students#

  • Updated to use the new split student sync for basic and detailed information.

  • Updated the sync tool to support sending historical student data to us.

  • Improved the performance of the student syncing and reduced the overhead required on your SIMS server for running this sync.

  • Added new settings to optimise how historical student data is synced with us.
