Reporting#

Reports are used to provide insight into activities within the SMS Messaging module.

Failed Recipients#

The failed recipients report provides a way for you to see messages that couldn’t be delivered and to find users that need to update their information.

The following parameters are available:

  • Start and End Date

    • The range between which you would like to view failed recipients for.

Once the report parameters have been selected, click the Run Report button to view the reports output.

Unreachable Students#

The unreachable students report provides a way for you to easily identify students that have no contacts that can be reached via SMS message. The report displays the name and school identifier of any student that has got no reachable contacts configured.

Tip

This report is particularly useful for ensuring you can update all students via SMS messages sent to at least one contact.

Unreachable Users#

The unreachable users report provides a way for you to easily identify user accounts that do not have a mobile number and therefore are unreachable via SMS message.

The following parameters are available:

  • Roles

    • The user roles of the users you’d like to check for missing mobile numbers.

Once the report parameters have been selected, click the Run Report button to view the reports output.

User Messages#

The user messages report provides an easy way to view the SMS messages that have been sent to a specific user.

The following parameters are available:

  • User - The user to view messages for.

Once the report parameters have been selected, click the Run Report button to view the reports output.

Tip

This report will only show Active users in the parameter list.
