Help Desk#
The help desk is where you can get support.
Raising an Issue with the School#
If you’re a school user, ie. a parent, student or member of staff you can access the help desk by clicking the Help Desk button from the support menu in the top right hand corner of any screen. Issues raised here are sent to the internal support team at the school.
You will need to complete the fields on the form and submit a new support request. Once submitted a member of the schools support team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Tip
When making a request for support in order to help the support team solve your issue you should provide as much detail as possible. Never assume that they will know what area or piece of functionality your referring to (so always be explicit).
Raising an Issue with Us#
If you’re one of the designated support users at the school you can access the help desk here: and raise a support request.
You’ll need to complete the form to submit a new ticket. You can also review your existing tickets once logged in and see their statuses.
