Attendance#

The attendance page shows you detailed information about the student’s attendance in the current academic year.

You can see a chart showing a breakdown of the categorised grades for the year allowing you to see what the student’s attendance from a different point of view.

You can also see a detailed breakdown of the grades on a week by week basis for the whole year. This allows you to see the individual attendance marks that were added by the school.

Staff users can see additional information about student attendance:

  • Colourisation

    • Marks will have their corresponding table cells highlighted based on the type of mark they contain.

      • Amber - No Mark Recorded

      • Blue - Late Mark

      • Green - Present and On Time

      • Red - Absence From School

      • No Colour - Not Counted in Possible Attendances

  • Comments

    • Any comments recorded with the mark are shown.

  • Parent/Guardian

    • Automatically available for their linked students

  • Staff Members

    • Available with permission

  • Student

    • Automatically available for their own information
