Student Directory#

The student directory is designed to provide quick access to some of the most commonly accessed student actions.

You can use the search bar at the top of the page to filter the list of students to be shown.

Once you’ve entered a search term the students matching the search will be shown on screen. You can search for students using their:

  • Name

  • Form Group

  • School Identifier

Tip

You can filter the list to include only students from a particular year group by selecting the corresponding year group from the drop down list.

Tip

A particular use for this is if you need to identify a student by their picture because you didn’t know their name but you knew they were in year 10.

Student Information#

The following information is available for each student:

  • Form Group and Tutor

  • House and Head of House

  • Name

  • School Identifier

  • Year Group and Head of Year

Quick Actions#

The following quick actions are available for each student:

  • Impersonate

    • Impersonate this user in a single click.

  • Student View

    • View the students dashboard.

  • Timetable

    • View the staff members timetable.

  • User Details

    • View or edit the details of the user.
