Students#

This tab allows you to see a summary of information for the students in the form group. This lets you get an overview of the information about a student so that you can have a better idea of their overall school life and make more informed decisions.

You can use the filter options to select different views of the information. By default, students are sorted by their surname then forename. You can reverse the sort order showing students in either ascending or descending as desired for each option. You can select from:

  • Attendance - Showing all students sorted by attendance percentage.

  • Detentions - Showing all students sorted by the number of detentions they’ve received this academic year.

  • House Points - Showing all students sorted by the number of house points they’ve received this academic year.

  • Incidents - Low Level - Showing all students sorted by the number of low level incidents they’ve been involved in during the current academic year.

  • Incidents - Serious - Showing all students sorted by the number of serious incidents they’ve been involved in during the current academic year.

  • Incidents - Total - Showing all students sorted by the number of incidents they’ve been involved in during the current academic year.

  • Name - Showing all students sorted by surname then forename.

You can also enter a search term in the search box to filter the list of student’s by name.

Each student’s information is displayed within a card including:

  • Attendance - The student’s attendance percentage for the current academic year.

  • Detentions - The number of detentions the student has received in the academic year.

  • Form Group - The student’s form group.

  • House Points - The number of house points the student has received in the academic year.

  • Name - The student’s forename and surname.

  • School Identifier - The student’s school identifier.

  • Total Incidents - The total number of incidents the student has been involved in during the current academic year.

  • Serious Incidents - The total number of serious incidents the student has been involved in during the current academic year.

  • Low Level Incidents - The total number of low level incidents the student has been involved in during the current academic year.

You can perform a number of actions for a student (depending on your permissions you may not see all options):

  • Contact Information - This allows you to view the student’s contact information.

  • Homework - This allows you to view the students homework details.

  • Timetable - This allows you to the view the timetable for the student.

  • View Dashboard - This allows you to view the student’s dashboard with access to more detailed information specific to a single student.
