Summary Data Extract

The student summary data extract allows you to view and download a copy of some data points about a student. To access the report you can click the Summary Data Extract from either the Students or Reports section of the side menu. You’ll then be asked to select an academic year before the report is loaded.

You can see the following data for a student for a given academic year:

• Detentions

• House points

• Incidents (Only where the student is a “Perpetrator” or an “Instigator”)

Tip

Some schools find this information useful to produce school reports that include these data points.
