Email Students#
This tab allows you to send emails to the students in the form group.
Creating a New Email#
To send a new email select the Email Students
option from the form groups access panel.
You need to complete the form entering all of the required details:
Students Required
The students that you would like to send this email to. This can be a sub-set of the students in the form group.
Create Notes
If you would like to create notes on the students record containing the information from this email then select Yes
otherwise choose No
.
If you selected Yes
to create a note you’ll need to complete some additional details:
Sensitive Notes Required When Creating Notes
If you would like the notes that are created on the students record to be “sensitive notes” then select Yes
otherwise choose No
to create a standard note.
Note Category Required When Creating Notes
Choose the category that should be applied to the notes that are being created.
Note Sub Category
Choose the sub category that should be applied to the notes that are being created.
Subject Required
The subject of the email to be sent.
Message Required
The content of the email to be sent.
Once complete, click the Send
button to send the email to the selected students.

This page is protected by the following permissions:
Send Custom Student Email Campaigns
This page is available to users with the following roles:
Staff Members
Available with the “Send Custom Student Email Campaigns” permission.
Available to form group supervisors when the “Allow Form Tutors to Send Student Email Campaigns” app setting is enabled.
