Forgotten Password

If you forget your password you can go through the forgotten password process by selecting the forgotten password link on the log in page.

Caution

You will only be able to complete this automated reset if you have previously set up your accounts secret questions. You will need to know the answer to these questions in order to complete the process.

You will be asked to enter your accounts username, once entered, if correct, your registered email address will be sent an email containing a link you can use to continue the process.

Tip

For the security of our users we won’t confirm or deny whether you’ve entered a username that is valid.

Once the link is used you will be shown the reset password screen.

You will need to enter the answers to your secret questions as well as your desired password. Your password must meet minimum security requirements in order to be accepted. On screen messages will confirm what is missing from your password once you have entered it.

The rules that must be met are:

• Contains at least 1 uppercase character

• Contains at least 1 lowercase character

• Contains at least 1 number

• Contains at least 1 symbol from this list: ! $ % & * - _ + = ?

Once complete the reset password button will become available and you should click it to complete the process. You will then be sent an email to your registered email address confirming that your password has been reset.
