Activity Feed#
The activity feed tracks a timeline of activities for a student. You can use the activity feed to see what happened in relation to a student and when.
As actions are completed in relation to the student, activities are generated and inserted into the student’s activity feed.
Tip
Activity feed items are updated when the related item is updated. For example, updating a notes category will cause the original activity feed item to be updated.
Entries#
Entries into the activity feed are generated for the following actions.
Behaviour - Custom Outcomes#
An entry for a custom outcome will be added each time a student is assigned an outcome. The outcome type’s name and the owner of the outcome are included in the entry.
Behaviour - Detentions#
An entry for a detention will be added each time a detention is assigned to a student. The severity level, owner and date of the detention are included in the entry.
Behaviour - Incidents#
An entry for a new incident will be added each time the student is assigned to an incident. The student’s role, categories and staff member that reported the incident are included in the entry.
Documents#
An entry for a document will be added when it’s assigned to a student. The details of the member of staff that added the document and the documents category are included in the entry.
Notes#
An entry for a note will be added when it’s created. The details of the member of staff that filed the note and the notes category are included in the entry.
